In a vibrant data economy, most data that needs to be mobilised is sensitive in nature. Sensitive data can only be shared in a controlled way, where data users formally request access and data providers review and authorise those requests.  

Access request procedures in themselves are often challenging for all parties involved. For data requestors, most request procedures are difficult to navigate and to complete. For data providers, request handling is resource-intensive and tedious. 

The LNDS Data Access Request and Review Service streamlines access request procedures end-to-end. We optimise data use proposals, provide a defined request and review process and provision secure data access.
