How does the onboarding work?

The Onboarding meeting is an exercise with two-way communication, aiming to achieve two main objectives:

1) understand your project scope and goals, including its anticipated impact, and

2) agree on how LNDS can help the project to succeed.

By the end of Onboarding service, we will have identified together the services your project needs, created an actionable roadmap with milestones and laid solid foundations, not just for one, but for many future projects.
